In 2002, John McCormick, our Managing Director, had a light bulb moment. In 2003, Arrow Security and Protection Limited was born in West Auckland with one goal in mind; to provide a security service that was second to none – after all, these are our people.



Today we have not only exceeded our own expectations, but surpassed them. Our company continues to grow, whilst still holding on to the values that were set on day one:

• to be a professional yet friendly security company
• to provide a personalised service to each individual client
• to provide the fastest alarm response times

When we say 'professional' – we mean it:

1. All our staff have been cleared by the NZ Police and the NZ Justice Department (including admin staff) to work in the security industry.
   
   
2. We have been Corporate members of the NZSA since 2007.
   
   
3. We carry full and comprehensive public liability and professional indemnity insurance cover.
   
   
4. We have achieved Health and Safety Accreditation through the ACC.
